Creating Specific Deal & Contact Personalization Tokens in Marketing Emails

SOLVE

I am running into an issue when I try to create an email with personalization tokens for both a specific set of deals and the related company/contact information for those deals. Here is an example of the email I'd like to send:

 

Dear {Account Name Associated with Deal},

 

Your current commitment to this deal is {$X amount associated with deal}.

 

Then, I need to be able to send said email to the list of contacts associated with the deal. And I am running into every issue imaginable. When I create a deal based list, I can't send to the contacts associated. When I create a contact based list, it doesn't pull in the correct deal information. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @KJoy3,

 

Deal tokens only work in automated emails sent from deal based workflows. In other words, a Sales Hub Professional subscription is required.

 

If you have one, you should be able to specify the association label of the contact you want to send the email to. When adding the automated email workflow action you should see a corresponding drop-down in the left sidebar.

 

Without association labels, this is currently not possible.
