Is it possible to generate a PDF version of my newsletters?

Hi @AnaMachado 👋🏻,

There is no direct way on HubSpot to create a PDF version of your Newsletter emails but what I would recommend is for you to open up the email in the preview mode and then right click > print > save as PDF: Right click to print

Save as PDF

We decided to generate a web link, using the advanced settings, and share the link. I think for now this is the best option for us.

I am generating a web version. See image 

You should do it before sending the newsletter. You will find the web version url under email details.

Then you can open the URL generated, right click > print > save as pdf
