Hello, I'm looking for assistance and how to draft a conversation template that can pull a list of items associated to a deal. The use case is where the sales manager wants to send a conversation template to a customer thanking them for the items on the deal. we will confirm the item the price and the quantity. How do you do this? We want to list all the items on the deal. Thank you for any assistance

Enrolling into a seqeuence would allow for the customizations you are looking for as marketing emails are designed to not be editable, but rather triggered automatically with a template you can customize with property variables as opposed to personalization.
With regards to the email templates and code, depending on where you have them saved they might not be accessible in other parts of Hubspot. For instance, marketing emails are not accessible in sequences and you would need to build those emails in sequences.
I don't know if conversations is the tool I would use for this. I would recommend sending this via a Deal workflow that triggers the email to send with the deal becomes closed won.
Question: when I set the workflow, I was not able to use the email template I made with the following code. When I build a new email while setting up the workflow, there is no option to insert the code. Suggestions?
