Contacts that hard bounce due to 'recipient didn't exist'

SOLVE

What is the best way to deal with contacts whose email addresses "do not exist"?

Since email addresses are critical for e-blasts, I would like to clear out the contacts that we have incorrect or non existant email addresses for.

What is the best way to do this?

Contacts that hard bounce due to 'recipient didn't exist'

SOLVE

Hi @ki2017

The best way to manage these contacts is to export a list of unsubscribes and bounces, sort the data, import the segment you want to delete creating a new list, delete the contacts in that list.

All this is explained in more detail here: How can I delete all contacts who have unsubscribed from email or bounced?

Hope this helps.
