Contact update their own email

Hi All, 

Wondering what the best way is to allow a contact to update their own email address on our site/via manage subscription page? Would we need to edit that page template? Any examples?

I wanted to refer you to this thread where @karstenkoehler explains how this can be achieved with a HubSpot Form. This thread also has some helpful tips on how you could use a HubSpot form for contacts to update their details.
