One of our contacts received an email twice in a span of 5 minutes. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Hubspot or Outlook. She is only on the distribution list once, so I'm worried that this is happening to other contacts. I would appreciate any help from anyone that has also had this issue!
Hello, I have a similar problem, a client complained he receive our email multiple times (Didn't precise how many). I can see he opened it 30 times but oddly I can only see he received it once. This was a marketing email programmed by time zone.
