Hey @LangMagic the HubSpot "inbox" on the menu is the conversations inbox. This is used as a team email, where all emails that go to the connected inbox will store in HubSpot and be used for opening tickets in HubSpot.
Connecting your personal email is a different tool and process in HubSpot. This allows you to track personal emails and store them on a HubSpot contact record. If you've connected your personal inbox, you will see emails stored against the contact record in HubSpot, if you're looking to connect a conversations inbox you will need to set this up seperately to the connected inbox (outlined in the first guide shared).

First, double-check the connection settings. Sometimes, even though it looks connected, the authorization hasn’t fully gone through. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Gmail account. When you reconnect, grant all the requested permissions so the inbox has full access to display your emails.
If that doesn’t work, see if there’s a sync or refresh option. Depending on the platform you’re using, you might need to manually trigger a sync for the inbox to show new accounts. Look for a “Sync” or “Refresh” button, usually found near the inbox or account settings.
Also, check the platform’s account limits. Some platforms allow only a certain number of connected email accounts on free or lower-tier plans. If you’ve already connected other accounts, this could be why Gmail isn’t showing up.
Lastly, clear your cache or try accessing the inbox from a different browser or device. Sometimes browser issues can affect what you see, and a quick refresh can fix it!
If none of this works, it might be worth reaching out to the platform’s support or checking their help center. They could have specific troubleshooting steps based on recent updates or known issues.
Hope this helps, and fingers crossed that your Gmail shows up soon!

Thank you @TomM2 So, just to confirm, I'm sending email outreach through HubSpot from email X, and I want to connect its inbox to HubSpot to receive the answers.
As, I understand I can do that part by clicking in the "Channels" -> "Connect a channel", like in the picture.
Hi @LangMagic yes this would be connected inboxes. This is different than connecting your inbox for sending email outreach from a connected mail account.
If you click the "connect a channel" you can connect your email to the inbox in here too.
*please note* this will fully connect this email inbox to HubSpot, so *all emails* sent to this email account will display in the HubSpot inbox. Regardless of where they're sent from, is this what you're looking to achieve?

But what people usually do is connect their inbox and use the HubSpot extension, so they can choose "log to CRM" in the extension as they email from gmail or outlook. Then this email is logged to the HubSpot CRM on the contact record.
The "inbox" in HubSpot, is designed as a support inbox, so you would connect something like "support@mycompany.com" to that so all emails go in and a user can choose tickets to take and reply to from there.
There's currently no technically possible way for any system to define an email prior to it arriving to your inbox and decide if it should be logged to it's system or not. If you're emailing from your normal mailbox and logging to the CRM though you should see replies logged against the contact record!
To find these specific ones you need to work through your CRM and use HubSpot lis filters.
