Combining email analytics (delivered/open) for multiple emails

Hi there, I've tried searching for this but haven't yet found what I'm looking for. I regularly send out marketing emails for my company, which will be the same email, but sent from three diffrerent people. Therefore I send it out in three different emails (reflecting their email address, from name, signature in the email, etc.).

For example, this would display three emails in the Marketing Email page with different email statistics obviously:
Michael - September marketing email
Stephen - September marketing email
Tony - September marketing email

I'm not looking to compare the rates, but I'm looking to combine them so that I can get the 'average' stats for the 'September marketing email' overall. Rather than having to look at each one separately or calculate this manually in a spreadsheet.

 

Is there a way I can achieve this in HubSpot? We are using Marketing Starter. Even if there's a way to set this up with Reports I'm open to that or any method really.

Are Michael/Stephen/Tony assigned to the contacts via a property in Hubspot (ie: Contact Owner)? If so you could just create one email and send it from the Contact Owner and utilize personalization tokens. Then you send out one large email with personalized content depending on their owner and you can consoldiated analytics.

Thanks for your reply, Ben. We don't, but I can easily set that up. That's very helpful to know for future emails and templates that I can do that with those personalization tokens.

 

It can be useful to have those separate so we can see how they're performing based on the contact owner (email sender). Does anyone know of ways (with Marketing Starter) to view three different emails statistics together as one (averages)?

Or inversely, if we use the personalization token method (above), can we still see unique open rates for each email sender (and if so how)?
