Colour and font not formatting properly in templates and emails

The system has an issue in the text format, color and font. 

When writing an email, if the text is coming from a template, the colour is not the same (template being a dark grey and new text being in black). 

Also when the font size is not the same, the system has a bug and even if you select the whole text and change size, it doesn't apply to all the text. 

Base system should be adjusted to have all text in black rather than dark grey to be consistent and allow for full selection and adjustement of font size.

Hey @orlane, Happy Friday!

Before applying new formatting, try clearing any existing formatting. Select the entire text and use the "Clear Formatting" option. This can often resolve inconsistencies in font color and size.
