Checkbox on an email

resolver

Hi there,

We are working in new email templates and I'd like to know if it's possible to add  a checkbox with 4 options to the email.

We want to use the checkbox to divide our contacts between 4 different groups, and then include them in the right workflow, depending on the option they chose.

I already asked Hubspot support and they told me it's not possible Any workaround?

Thanks!

Hi @Angelamr,

We've run into this before and our workaround was to use CTAs or link clicks. Based on the link or CTA that they click in the email, you could add them to a particular list or enroll them in a workflow. It's not a perfect solution because sometimes a link click will happen without that being the direct intention.

Alternatively, you could direct the recipients to a landing page from the email and then have them make their selection from a form on a landing page. While this adds an additional step for the user, it's quick and it might lead to more accurate results.
