Hi, when we send an email to our contacts, our sender name appears, for example, as "James Allison". Is it possible to change it to "James Allison from Alterna CX" or "James Allison @ Alterna CX"? We would like it to look like the examples below:
Changing the sender name is a great way to personalize emails and make them more engaging. Coolnamesfinder can provide a list of creative names to choose from, adding a unique touch to your communication.
Yes it is possible to add another sender name for that you just simply go to Setting of an email then click on the From name name dropdown and then choose the sender name whatever you want. For better clearity please see screenshot below :

Hey @jakso_propel - welcome to the community. You can't change who a sequence comes from. Sequences are tied to the signed-in user, so if it's you, it's you. If you have a sales admin person, they can't send on your behalf.

I do not see any settings button when sending a mail unfortunately 🤔@danmoyle do you mean the little dropdown menu next to the mail address? There I can change the mail address but not the sender name
Not in the same way, no. I think that's just done through the HubSpot profile settings in your portal. When sending 1:1 emails, they're coming from you specifically. So that's your profile.

And the nice thing @fsanli is that once you follow @VerbruggheCaro's instructions, that name will be in your emails as a choice and you don't have to type it every time. 🙂
