Cannot attach photos in emails

When I click the insert photo button at the bottom of the email, the HS logo comes up and spins never bringing up the list for attachment.

@jennysowyrda all apologies the issue was fixed. I also did a HS ticket and they were having a problem for a time. I will delete or mark solved.
