Cannot assign a specific abo-typ to Email

Hi all, I need to assign a specific abo-typ to an emailing, but the one I want does not appear in the drop-down list.

If I click on "Choose Abo-typ", I come to my list of possible abos, but cannot select the one I want. 

What do I do wrong?

Hi @MonRoy,

 

Yes, there is either a short delay or - a very common mistake - you need to refresh the email editor before checking again. If you update or create assets in the background, your current tab does not auto-refresh.

Have you double checked that the subscription type is set up and hasn't been removed, for example? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/how-do-subscription-preferences-and-types-work

If it's there, can you share a screenshot of the settings page and a screenshot of the drop-down missing the subscription type?

Hi Karsten, suddenly now it does work, obviously it just takes some time until a newly created abo shows up.
