Can't see the emails we created

We wrote and created several emails for a series of forms on the website. When I select Marketing>Email I don't see them. All I get is a screeen to sign up.

 

When I chatted with Sales, they could see the emails but I can't. Can someone find these and send me screenshots?

Hi Mitch,

 

In case the above solutions did not work, you can check your permission levels, probably we can find something there.

 

As there could be a limitation set on the user permission.

@MTobol Are you a new user to the account? you may have to work your way through the email walkthrough in order to access the emails.

In order to determine if this is a caching issue, may I get you to clear your cache and cookies and try to view the marketing email editor in Incognito, please? I've included a couple of step-by-step articles below from Google below for you.

Google | Incognito mode

 

If you're still unable to view the marketing emails after taking these steps, can you please let us know?
