I am not using gmail or outlook and need to use Imap.

I have entered my outgoing/incoming servers correctly.

I have entered my password correctly

I have entered the ports correctly

What did I do wrong and how to i get this work.

Hey @SFeinberg - thanks for posting in the Community!

I understand that you're having some issues using IMAP, but I'm not entirely sure I follow the issue. Would you mind posting screenshots of any error(s) you're seeing in this process of connecting HubSpot to Outlook and Gmail?

OK. But it will be tomorrow because I am seeing if my email provider will allow me to exchange the address out for gmail.  If they do, then no worries - if not - then I will post the screen shots.
