Hi, I can't send a screen shot at the moment but the button is not greyed out. It allows me to go in to clone. I select regular e-mail and then when I click on clone it does nothing. The cancel button is a hand when I hover over it but the clone button although highlighted is an arrow. I am not sure about permissions, it is my account, no-one else is on it and I have always been able to do it. I appreciate you taking the time to answer. Philippa
@PFairbrother I can't see the screenshot, can you please directly upload it in the community? Have you tried another browser, as per my previous reply?
