Can't clone an e-mail

Hi, I have the free version of hubspot and have always been able to just clone an e-mail.

I write a newletter which goes out monthly and I usually clone it everymonth.

I have only sent 6 so far but I dont seem to be able to clone any of the e-mails I have previously sent.

Please can someone help as I am not really offait with Hubspot and I am going round in circles.

@PFairbrother it honestly look like your screen size might be the issue. Could you try another device?

 

The button is there and clickable, this seems very much like a browser issue.

Hi @PFairbrother,

 

Can you please share a screenshot of what you see when you hover your mouse over an email to clone it? Is the button grayed out?

 

Can you confirm that you have the necessary permissions to create emails still? Were you invited to your HubSpot portal by an admin?

 

When you navigate to the marketing email section in HubSpot, is there any banner / disclaimer at the top?

Hi,
I can't send a screen shot at the moment but the button is not greyed out. It allows me to go in to clone. I select regular e-mail and then when I click on clone it does nothing. The cancel button is a hand when I hover over it but the clone button although highlighted is an arrow.
I am not sure about permissions, it is my account, no-one else is on it and I have always been able to do it.
I appreciate you taking the time to answer.

@PFairbrother once you can take a screenshot, that'll help. In the meantime, can you please try another browser or private tab?
