Can I get back an accidentally deleted Marketing email?

While cleaning up my list of Marketing emails I accidentally deleted one.  Can I get it back?

I’ve noticed a similar idea already present in our Ideas Forum:Create a Marketing emails recycle bin.To contribute, upvote the existing idea and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.


On the other hand, yes, the pop-up you're mentioning does exist. When you try to delete an email, it appears and says that this action will permanently delete the email. It also gives you a few options before you click the confirmation to delete.

I just found this out today, so writing here maybe it helps someone as online I could only find that the email can be recovered if it was archived, if it was deleted it's not possible. 

turns out it is possible, and there are 2 ways of getting to the "email trash" 
- Marketing email > add view > select "HubSpot provided" Deleted
- create an email -> delete it -> click on the "Deleted emails" hyperlink

URL would be smth like: https://app.hubspot.com/email/xxxxxx/manage/state/deleted 
(xxxxxxx = Account ID number)

Is the HubSpot Dev Team considering making deleted emails restorable? If not, what about a pop-up that forces the user to confirm the deletion? I believe this method is used on other parts of HubSpot. That extra step could help mitigate accidental email deletions.

We can not restore any marketing email once it's deleted from the instance. But in case, if it's been archived then we can restore it.

 

Rest, you can try connecting with Support if they can help.

 

The developers might know that API/development can be used to restore marketing email if someone is familiar with API/development:

You can contact HubSpot technical support for help with restoring a deleted Marketing Email. That being said, most of the HubSpot team will be offline July 5th-9th, 2021 for a global week of rest. 

My advice would be to either contact HubSpot support before 5/5 or feel free to DM me and I would be happy to help you directly.
