Can Hubspot automated emails pull content from a Snowflake database?

What kind of large textbox content are you referring to exactly? Could it be stored as a custom contact property?
If that's possible you could use a reverse ETL solution like Hightouch or Census to push data from Snowflake in HubSpot. In this case you could schedule a weekly sync that updates this custom contact property.
