To test I am sending myself the same email through the CRM and Gmail. CRM emails are being marked as spam direct from Gmail emails are delivered. What is causing this?
Are you chosing to track the gmail emails that you are sending?
As you probably know, email tracking inserts a tracking pixel which can trigger some spam filters. But if you are tracking both emails, this probably isn't it.
