1. When page is used here, does this refer to Hubspot landing pages or company website pages?

2. What is the defintion of engagement used here? I'd like to customize that, but I see no way to modify it and no definition of how Hubspot defines it either. 

3 I'd like to enroll contacts based on more complex and varied actions. Are there any workarounds here? 
For example, I'd like to choose triggers such as

• Multiple page views in single session
• Downloads PDFs from website
• Replies to any email
• Registers for a webinar

Although the breeze prospecting info doesn't indicate this, I happened to discover that you can enroll someone in the sequence via workflow! 

This is great news, and I'm happy to discover it, but the documentation about the tool should be updated to indicate this functionality.

In the Breeze Prospector Tool, "page" usually refers to the pages on your company website, including both HubSpot and external pages tracked in HubSpot. Engagement is typically based on actions like page views, form submissions, or email opens, and it isn’t customizable within the tool. 

For more complex triggers like multiple page views, PDF downloads, or email replies, you might need to use workflows with custom properties or HubSpot’s Events API for more specific tracking and enrollment.

How can one use a workflow to trigger the prospecting agent? I don't see any way to do that. The three available triggers are form, page, and engagement. I'd love to be able to do that.

Hey @JQuick0 thanks for popping this up, already made the request for this beta! 

Anyway, regarding the definition here you go: "The last time a contact engaged with your site or a form, document, meetings link, or tracked email. This doesn't include marketing emails or emails to multiple contacts." so things you mentioned like "Multiple page views in single session; Downloads PDFs from website; Replies to any email; Registers for a webinar" will be there but not focus only on that.

What's my idea (and I already make something similar to alert real agents) you create a property called high intent date where you set a new date through workflow everytime a contact or company (in my case I'm doing account based) checks your own criteria.

If we're able to "call" the prospecting agent by custom workflow it's quite easy - you simply need to deactivate the workflow on your print and set a new one that will be triggered by you new property called high intent date, if we can't do that, since we're not able to update "last engagement" property, I'll need to wait to get the beta to dig into that.

Thanks for defining engagement in relation to the Breeze tool. 

We can't trigger the Breeze Prospector AI tool through custom workflow though. There are only three choices: engagement, page, form. So your potential workaround doesn't seem applicable. If I'm missing something, please explain.
