Best email enrichment tool?

SOLVE

Anyone here found a solid tool for email enrichment lately? Looking for something that’s actually accurate (not just marketing fluff), affordable, and doesn’t require a 6-month contract. Curious what’s working for you all.

Best email enrichment tool?

Hey @PeterPloruni

I’ve been through this rabbit hole recently. Tried a bunch of enrichment tools and here’s my honest take:

  • FullEnrich → Honestly the best bang for the buck I’ve used. They do this thing called waterfall enrichment (basically checking 20+ sources until they find a verified email). The match rates are noticeably higher (85%+ in my experience), and I’ve had way fewer bounces since they triple-verify emails. Also, it’s like $29/month and credits roll over, which is rare. Feels way more transparent than ZoomInfo/Apollo.
  • Apollo.io → Good if you want enrichment + outreach sequences in one tool. Data is decent but not amazing (I’d say 70–80% hit rate). Cheap compared to enterprise tools, though.
  • Cognism → If you’re selling into Europe, they’re solid. Very compliant and the phone number coverage is better than most. But it’s $$$ (think $15k+/year), so not worth it unless you’re a bigger org.

Others worth mentioning:

  • Lusha is fine for scrappy SDR prospecting, but coverage is limited.
  • Clearbit is basically tied to HubSpot now. Not flexible if you want to plug it into other workflows.

If you’re after accuracy without breaking the bank, I’d say start with FullEnrich. If you need sequencing bundled in, Apollo is fine. Cognism only if you’ve got budget + need EU data.

Curious if anyone else has found a hidden gem?

When it comes to email enrichment tools, accuracy, affordability, and flexibility are key factors, especially if you want to avoid getting locked into long contracts with underwhelming results. Recently, I’ve found SocLeads to be one of the best options on the market for enriching and finding email leads.

SocLeads specialises in sourcing emails from social networks and Google Maps, which is quite different from many traditional email enrichment tools that rely heavily on static databases. This approach means you’re more likely to get up-to-date and accurate contact information, as it taps into live online sources. It’s particularly useful if you’re targeting local businesses or niche markets where data can be sparse or outdated elsewhere.

One of the standout features of SocLeads is its affordability. Unlike some services that push for lengthy contracts or high monthly fees, SocLeads offers flexible plans that allow you to scale based on your actual needs, making it suitable for startups, freelancers, or small businesses looking to grow without a heavy upfront commitment.

In terms of usability, the tool integrates smoothly with popular platforms and offers straightforward export options, which helps save time on manual entry and data cleaning. The interface is user-friendly, even for those who aren’t deeply technical, and the customer support is responsive, which can be a big help when you’re navigating new software.

Overall, if you want a reliable, cost-effective way to enrich your email lists with fresh leads sourced from social media and Google Maps, SocLeads is definitely worth a try. It strikes a good balance between accuracy, price, and flexibility without the fluff that many other tools come with.
