BCC for a Specific Business Unit?

Hi, we have business unit that will require a bcc for all emails associated specifically with that business unit going forward. 

It seems the bcc feature is all emails or none in the settings. Anyone worked around this before?

Hi @sbradthompson,

As far as I know you only get one BCC email address per portal and for all of your business units. If you wanted this kind of separation, you could currently have to run multiple HubSpot portals.

This is likely also due to how the BCC address works:

• The user sending the email has sales access.
• The email address from which you are sending the email must be one of the following:
  • A user in your account.
  • One of your connected personal emails.
  • An alias in your email client (either an alias that has been configured in your connected Gmail inbox, or an alias added to your Profile & Preferences).
• The email address of the recipient is not listed in your Never Log list.

All of these requirements are portal-related, not business-unit related.
