As suggested in the subject title, I have set up a different reply-to email address for an email and all the autoreplies (out of office replies) were sent to the sender address. Has anyone encountered this before?
As explained in this article, some email providers send a recipient's automated email reply (e.g. an out-of-office responder) to the original From address and not to the Reply-to address. Your solution options: 1. Use a different From Address, 2. Use a From address that is similiar to the original but monitored by the marketing departement or 3. Use email inbox filters to prevent the email responses from cluttering the inbox. Outlook filterGmail filter
