Automating unsubscription for - List-unsubscribe header opt-out source
SOLVE
Good day,
I am noticing that some contacts are not receiving our emails, and they appear in the not sent category of recipients, with the mention Other.
However, in their profile, they are not showing as being opted-out, but when viewing the History in Communication Subscriptions, it shows that the contact is opted-out via the source List-unsubscribe header.
Furthermore, when looking at the report provided from Email tools, Export contacts who have unsubscribed or bounced these contacts do not appear.
Consequently, I would like to be able and see all of our contacts that should be opted-out given that they are opted-out from a source that is not updating the unsubscribed from all property.
How woud I go about automating such a thing ? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Just adding to @karstenkoehler's points, "unsubscribed from all" and unsubscribed from a specific subscription type are two separate things.
As the name implies "unsubscribed from all" means a contact has opted out of all available subscription types, this happens when a contact chooses the "unsubscribe from all" option on the subscription preference page.
If a contact just unsubscribes from one or more subscription types the "unsubscribed from all" property will not be set to TRUE.

In our case, it does not opt-out the contact when viewing the properties typically used for opt-out statuses based on the subscription types. Therefore, the list filter does not work for these contacts.
I am aware of the difference between a contact opting-out of individual subscriptions, and choosing to unsubscribe from everything.
For example, if a contact received an email under the subscription : Marketing Information, and unsubscribed from this subscription type (whichever way possible), we would expect to have the opted-out from Marketing Information set to True, but the contact keeps receiving emails from other subscription types.
However, when looking at contacts that have the List-unsubscribe header as a source, they won't have this property value set, it is simply empty. Next time he is in a mailing list for this subscription type, the contact will end up in the Not sent category of recipients as HubSpot determines that the contact is opted-out. Any emails that follow, no matter the subscription type, will not be delivered. Hence, why they should be Unsubscribed from all, but this is not the case.
At the moment, I have yet to find a way to isolate these contacts, as there are no properties that are set by HubSpot in these circumstances, at least not in our account.
