Can we have Automated tasks be completed automatically? or does it automatically completed when past the due date?

We have a free plan for up to 50 actions each month, which depending on your volumes, could cover you for the task automation you need at no cost each month. Plans after that start as low as $10/month should you exceed 50 actions in a given month.

Right. Follow up on that, when opted out for email like Annual reviews, does it automatically complete the task? Or will the task still shows? Thanks Karsten.

No, there aren't any autocompletion features for tasks.

Hi @JGalang0,

No, this is unfortunately not possible. HubSpot doesn't have options for auto-completing tasks that are past they're due date. Tasks have to be completed / ticked off manually.
