Automated email won't send

Hi, whenever someone schedules a meeting on my website the automated email doesn't send them an email. When I send a test email to myself it works but not for any other email. I have tried multiple domain emails as well. 

Would mean a lot if someone could help me out with this.

Yes Their is a contact form after you select date and time
