I am trying to set up an automated birthday email workflow and it keeps running people through the workflow and ignoring the date birthday property. The contact instantly completes the workflow
Can you please share a screenshot of the full enrollment criteria?
Could you confirm the exact behavior you're experiencing, HubSpot enrolls all of the contacts in your CRM and executes the workflow for all of them? Could you share also screenshots of a contact with a birthday that is not eligible (showing the date) and their action log in the workflow? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/understand-your-workflow-details-page
