We are wanting to be able to let customers know we did in fact get their email and will reply as soon as we can etc! This will help them not feel like they need to write in 5 times!
As @MFrankJohnson mentioned, this is only possible by creating a workflow.
I encourage you to submit this idea in our idea's forum, this way it will have more chance o be implemented in the future.
