Please do reconsider so we can try batch sending.
Everyone rave about your batch sending unfortunately we cannot try out.

HubSpot account 19675743 has been determined as inelligable for access to the marketing email tool, and this decision cannot be appealed further. You may still use other tools within HubSpot including sending 1:1 emails through a connected inbox.

Hello @abbas Account # 20711482 is a HubSpot Free account. HubSpot Free accounts are not eligable for remediaiton once accpetble limits have been exceeded. The marketing email tool will remain locked, but you are still able to use other tools within this HubSpot account.

Hi @AiAdvisory,
It sounds like your email marketing features were suspended?

For free CRM accounts the email tool will, unfortunately, remain locked after sending is suspended. Only paid accounts (Marketing Hub Starter or higher) can appeal the suspension. If you're on a free account, this is not possible. (Don't shoot the messenger.)
While the email tool will remain locked, you can continue to use the other tools in HubSpot.
