App not working

I've been using the free version of the CMS for a few years and never had a real problem. The desktop version currently works fine on my MacBook using Safari and Chrome.
On my iPhone, I'm using the latest version of the Hubspot app - Version 2.28.158 - and the most recent version of iOS, 11.4.1.
When I'm able to open the Hubspot app, it only partially loads/crashes/closes.
I could unistall and then re-intall the moblile app. I just want to make 100 percent certain that it wouldn't affect my Hubspot data in my laptop Hubspot application.
