Hi @seastman,

Can you specify which evidence you have, are you experiencing this yourself, have email recipients reported this back to you? Is this happening consistently in every single marketing email or occasionally? Are these images simply not pre-loaded or is it, even after confirming loading of images, not possible to get them to show up?

Like @himanshurauthan said, there are various reasons why this might happen. A major one that comes to mind directly would be email policies at bigger companies which are usually using the Microsoft stack. If the company IT wants to reduce risk from external emails, external content like images might just be blocked for an entire company.

Hello @seastman

There could be several reasons why you are facing this issue, such as incorrect file format, incorrect file path, or browser cache issues. It is recommended to check the file format, file path, and clear your browser cache to resolve the issue. If the issue still persists, you can contact HubSpot support for further assistance. Let me know if none of this will work.

Thanks & Regards
