Hi all,
I'm using a setup with an subdomain as email sending address (contact@mail.company.com) and a reply-to-address which is contact@company.com.
But we see more and more cases, where a contact tries to reply to the sending address instead of the reply-to-address.
These emails are not delivered. My IT says, we don't have access as this sending address is routed to the Hubspot server. Can I edit this in Hubspot? Anyone with the same challenge?
