All clicks on emails are not tracked

Hi,

I have a marketing email that has a link to a page having a hubspot form.

I have noticed that the click is not tracked for all users. I sent it to a few colleagues and 2 of them clcked and submitted the form but the click was not tracked. I asked them to forward me the email and when i click on it, the click is tracked on their behalf.

It is being tracked for me and few other members.

Any ideas what could be the reason?

How quickly after the send did you check? This information can take a while to populate.

Hi Karsten,

I have narrowed down the issue to Outlook in Windows. Seems like outlook in windows is somehow removing hubspot's tracked links and replacing them with the original links.

This is an issue for the whole solution with click tracking..

Is there a known solution for this?
