I am changing companies and will need to change the admin email in my personal hubspot account how do I accomplish this

Ok. I think I get what you're saying now.

You're using your JonDoe[at]mortgage_company.com email address for HubSpot.

You're changing jobs and want to use a different email address for that HubSpot account.

 

Again, "as HubSpot Users, we don't change email addresses. We create new ones and port things over from the old."

 

You should ...

-1- Add a new HubSpot User (as a Super Admin)

-2- Disconnect HubSpot from your JonDoe[at]mortgage_company.com email address

-3- Login as your new HubSpot User

-4- Connect HubSpot TO your JonDoe[at]whereverthehell_company.com email address 😉

-5- Dramatically reduce access for your old email address (just to be safe)

-6- Delete old user after a couple weeks (again ... just to be safe)

 

 

Done!

Short A: n/a

 

Longer A:

Not sure what you mean by "change the admin email", but, as HubSpot Users, we don't change email addresses. We create new ones and port things over from the old.

 

Also, if you're changing companies from JonDoe[at]abc.com to JonDoe[at]xyz.com, you'r Jondoe[at]abc.com HubSpot account will not (and should not) follow you anywhere. That account and all of its assets (including HubSpot) belong to abc.com.

I work for a mortgage company that doesn't have a CRM so I set up my own. I am leaving to go to another company and want to change the company email. will it change when I link it to my outlook account or do I nedd to do something within hub spot
