Address Required in Email Footer?

Can I bypass having to put a physical adress in my email footers? My company does not have a physical location at all.

Email footers must include an address to comply with CAN-SPAM laws.  You can read more about this here.

So, the way to get around this is to not send e-mails to people in the USA.
