Add CSS styles to custom module

Is there a way to include CSS styles from another file to a custom module?

I am trying to import the stylesheet using PHP but this is not working.

Hi @Egoi 

The page and blog modules already have the CSS area to include the code.

U can too, create and insert one stylesheet file in template, for all modules in this template.
