we have a free account - we just wanted to try out one Marketing campaign - and now it is blocked and it says that this can never be changed again.
I tried to upgrade to starter to get support but this is not possible in a blocked account. The salesteam cannot help and support is only here. So can you unblock our account so that we can upgrade?
There is no support for free accounts and they point you to the user forums here in case of issue to see if the community can help you. If you search these forums, you will see the free tools are really for basic internal testing and not meant to be a free tool for sending to an actual audience. Unfortunately the thresholds for spam and complaints are lower than a paid account and as you have found out, once you are banned in free tools, there is no way to restore the account and you would have to start over again. At this point, you really only have the option to start over and consider a paid account, or consider alternatives.
