full mailbox permanently banned

Hi

 

I have some contact with the mailbox full.

I informed them and they clean it up.

So now I can send one to one mail, but they are still permanently banned from the marketing email.

I do not see any chance to reset this status, but it should be possible, it is not a permanent situation, but only a temporary one.

How can I reset the contact status?

This is unfortunately not possible in the free CRM. Hard bounces can only be removed in Professional and Enterprise subscriptions: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/how-can-i-send-an-email-to-a-contact-that-has-previously-bounced...

 

Some people aren't happy that this locked behind paid subscription but unfortunately, that's what it is.

 

In other words, if you're using the free tool, you won't be able to send emails to this contacts from HubSpot.

Thank you for the prompt answer.

it is quite a strange limitation, but if this is the rule I cannot do
anything.
I'll find an external tool to solve this issue
