can't connect personal email to Hubspot

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me.

I'm trying to connect my personal email to Hubspot but can't manage.

The problem is that I have to change the IMAP and trust any certificate, however, it doesn't allow me to do so as it says "admin can manage these fields".

The problem is that I have been made a SUper Admin so I don't understand why it doesn't allow me to proceed!

You should have no issues having this type of permission. First I want to check if you followed the steps provided on this knowledge base here. 

If so, could you provide more details on what step specifically this message appears?  The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
