Sent an email yesterday to approx 7500 recipients around 11:15am. Some recipients did not receive it until 3:30pm, others not until past 6:00pm. Is there a reason an email would take this long to be delivered? I would love to prevent this in the fut Lire la suite

@whitneyv if the "Sent" time is strangely delayed, then I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support to confirm what's going on.

My email address is showing no authentication in the inbox. The domain is hosted by Godaddy. How do I authenticate it? Any Suggestions?

Hi, Is this possible to send resumes from the the HubSpot forms to email id. Currently, it is sending a notification email but I want the resumes in attachment only. Is this possible?

Yes, the system will delay the second email and send it on the next available day.

One instance I'm working in has seen a massive drop in reported opens from Chrome. It's happened twice now, and is happening out of the blue with no changes to cadence, list size or anything. It's a newsletter, so the only thing that changes is the Lire la suite

We have a contact who marked one of our emails as SPAM. They are now requesting our emails and they wont go through to him bc of this SPAM flag. Is there a way to remove it? Please help!
