My problem is exactly what the subject says.. My emails are being sent and received by the prospects .. However I'm not receiving the response.. These are not automated or bulk emails rather 1 on 1 emails conversations.

I have tested from my company accounts, those reply emails are showing in my email inbox outside hubspot but not in hubspot.
