    Any contact that replies to a 1;1 email sent via a connected inbox is NOT removed from quarantine in my system.

    Hi, we have sent three eshots via hubspot, 100% delivered and each time zero opens with one exception. Where one open. We added a colleague and they opened but none of the target customers. Seems strange not even one open. Any suggestions?

    I have two contacts who I email with from Gmail regularly... However, hubspot says that their emails have bounced and so they are not getting any marketing emails from us (and keep asking about them)... How do we change it so they get emails from us...
