When I have tried adding the SPF TXT code to Cloudflare DNS, I can't add both CNAME and a TXT code to the custom email sending domain. Has anyone else encountered this or found a fix?

I believe we need the CNAME for DKIM purposes and to connect the custom domain in HubSpot.

It woudl be swell if there was a tool that could identify if our contact's emails were valid or not without us sending an email to them. I am combing through old contacts with multiple emails and I thought of this idea when online with Hubspot 続きを読む

I have an email thread I opened with a (dummy) customer via BCC'ing Hubspot on a Sendgrid message. That email delivers fine, but Hubspot marks it as spam internally. When I go in and mark it as not spam, I can continue the conversation thread in 続きを読む

One question, we are currently sending our emails manually to our deals via the email function and templates. After testing, these are logged in GMail and also in your activities as "sent". Problem: But they don't arrive at the recipient 😞
