an email to this recipient has bounced but I want to retry

Hi there,

 

I have a contact and it won't deliver any more emails to them because it says an email to this recipient has bounced. But I've double checked the address with him and it is correct. I just double checked by sending an individual email which worked. Is there a way to reinstate his email address so future marketing emails are sent?

Hey @LiveAdventure 

 

Sure!  So you can head to their contact record and under their card there should be an unbounce link:

 

Send emails to contacts that previously bounced - Google Chrome 2019-06-06 09.12.41.png

 

Here's a knowledgebase article that might help explain it in more detail.  Hope this helps!

Hi and thanks for the reply. But I can't see any link to unbounce? His mailbox was full but it's not anymore so maybe that is why? Here's a pic of what I see. Unless I'm missing something and it's right infront of me?? Thanks for the help.
