Is it possible to add a day and time delay simultaneously? I am trying to add a 7-day delay to an email through a workflow but I'm also hoping to set it up to a time (based on contact's local timezone).
Would adding a delay in day and an additional delay in time work? Or is there an easier way of doing it?
Hi there! I have achieved this before by adding a time delay step for "Delay 7 days" and then adding a step that says "Delay until specific time" with the contact's time zone.
Thanks for the response! I'm not sure if this would work as I'm hoping to delay the action for a set amount of time rather than the days of the week. However, in doing so, I also need to set a time for that delay. So for example, if a contact does a form submission on Monday - I wanna delay it by 7 days at a specific time. The issue with using Days of the Week is if a contact fills the same form on a Friday, I still want to give them 7 days instead of having it automated for next Monday, ultimately only giving them 3 days.
