We are not receiving our clients email properly.

SOLVE

Hi, Hubspot professional community. As we have settled business email for our website. But from few days we are noticing that we are receiving the clients email very late. As we haven't detected this issue before. So kindly guide us how we will fix this issue.

If you're referring to receiving clients emails in the conversations inbox late, this sounds like a technical issue that you should troubleshoot with your IT team. Once the team email address is connected correctly in HubSpot, emails should arrive at the same time they are being received. If they're delayed, this hints at general issues with your email server.
