Verification email not received

I want to amend the 'sent address' for emails Im sending out. I added the email address and it required me to verify it. But no matter what I do, I am not getting the verification email. I have had 3 sessions with your 'support' team, but none can help me. I have allowlisted all the ips (im using gmail email), checked spam folders but cannot get this verification email. PLEASE HELP. Its taken 3 support chats and now this community post to try get this fixed.

Could you please confirm if the email you are using is the same as associated with your username in the Community?

Hi Sharon,

 

No its a different email address. The one Im using on this is the one I set up my Hubspot ac with. The other one that I want to use is a differenet email address that I only purchased after setting up hubspot
