I'm looking for some advice on a technical topic. We are in the proces of implementing Hubspot and the idea came up to send ALL emails from all our systems (ecommerce, operational, marketing, etc.) from one server, SendGrid in our case.
Is this even possible with Hubspot? I couldn't find any info on using your own email server but perhaps I overlooked it.
I'm afraid it is not possible to send bulk email from a personal/external server on HubSpot. All marketing emails are send from our shared sending infrastructure. If you are interested in sending from a dedicated server, check out the Dedicated IP add-on and related information in the guides below:
@Arthur1 If you want to use SendGrid as an external server for email delivery service, you may be interested in a new HubSpot workflows addon that lets you send emails via SendGrid to your enrolled HubSpot contacts. More details in this post
