Hi I just had an email stopped twice due to a hard bounce rate.
The first one happened because I think I sent it to both unengaged as well as engaged customers, but the resend I made an hour or so later was to engaged customers only - and it was still stopped.
I looked into the send info and there seems to be a really odd send list that has appeared in the excluded lists which is the name of the email and presumably the reason why people aren't getting the email/hard bounce rate? I'm a bit concerned because I didn't make or insert this send list... Has this ever happened to anyone else? 🙄 Do you have any info that could help me please?
Can you maybe share a screenshot of what you are seeing, because I am not really sure what you a re referring to?
Also, please follow the steps outlined in this article to continue sending your planned email. If memory serves me right this article used to be highlighted when emails where stopped due to high bounce rates.
