Signature Error – This Image Is Too Large to Be Displayed
Hello everyone,
I recently started at the company, and we have an issue where my email signature is causing an error.
Even though I copied and pasted my colleague’s working signature 100% identically, I receive an error message regarding the company logo when sending an email: “This image is too large to be displayed.” However, everything looks correct in the preview before I send the email.
The signature is coded in HTML, and the logo is embedded in Base64. All related files are attached at the bottom.
I have already experimented with ChatGPT, tried resizing the image, and even used a different logo. I also set an adaptive size – all without success.
HubSpot support referred me to this forum. I really hope someone can help me out. I’m at a complete loss since the signature was copied 1:1.
Signature Error – This Image Is Too Large to Be Displayed
I'm having the same issue with my company's email signature. When sending from the conversations Inbox, the signature renders properly, but when sending from a record view (Contacts, Companies, Deals, etc.), I get the "This image is too large to display." error where the company logo should be.
We need to be able to reference records when sending emails, so it's helpful to write and send from the record views instead of the Inbox view. I don't understand why it works in one view but not another when it's pulling the same HTML signature in both places.
